Credit that was promised and not received

I have a case number for a coversation concerning a credit that is supposed to be due to me. Now I am being told that Iam not due one.I need this case pulled to verify that I know what I was told.

The conversation referance number is 127575202. The representatives' name was Christine James. I had called in that day because I had made my payment to have my services restored, and the rep told me that as I had paid the entire bill, even for the period that my services were not active, I would receive a  credit on THIS MONTHS' BILL.
