I'm running into the same problem. I supposedly have a ticket open via a chat I had with support two days ago. I supposedly am going to get a call back. I saw some icons for tokens on my account yesterday that I didn't purchase, but still said I had zero pri data. IDK what is going on but guess I'll have to call them back and raise the roof until I get an answer.
Instead of "raising the roof," try opening a ticket here by going to the tech support section and creating a post where you describe the problem and provide as much context and information as you can. The HN reps on this site are very helpful. Keep your expectations reasonable and give them some grace. They're not here to jump at your command, but they are here to help you get the best out of the service.
