Hughesnet charging to fix equipment

Hughesnet tell anyone else they have to charge you to have their OWN equipment get fix? Ridiculous, charging for a service to fix their service.

The equipment warranty and what type of service incurs a charge is explained in the Subscriber Agreement.  

HughesNet offers Express Repair, which can help mitigate the cost of a service visit.
