I CAN NOT get anyone on the phone or chat. I just want to cancel my service. I’ve waited on hold for 30 plus minutes to be disconnected, twice. Also, used the chat option, but after confirming account and then addressing my issue, they never respond back.

By phone is the only way you can cancel, so I wouldn't bother with the chat.  

Regarding the phone issue, it can help to call early in the morning or later at night, but before midnight (EST), when the cancellation department closes.  

You can also try 877-329-1403.  It's an alternate number that may be less busy, though you still may be on hold for a bit.
