My bill was due 8/18, but I will not be able to pay it until 9/6. Will I recieve a late fee or have interruption in my service?

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you need to pay your bill later than the initial bill generation date, you can call 1-866-347-3292 and have a due date extension applied to your account. You can only have 3 of these in a 12 month period. It appears you have not had one applied to your account in the time that you have had service, so you will definitely qualify. Once the due date extension is applied, please update me on your status and I will double-check to make sure everything is set up properly. Also, we do not charge late fees, however, your account is locked after 10 days of nonpayment in which you will experience service interruption.
