Misleading sales call

I was misled by salesman my bill is higher than the salesman said it would be. I was kicked out of my class due to not enough data. To complete my course

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community! What price did the salesman quote you during your initial sales call? 

Concerning your data issues, I see that you have multiple streaming devices connected to your system that are using the majority of your data. Please keep in mind that streaming is a very data intensive activity, and doing so will use up your data allowance quickly. Watching movies or TV shows uses about 1 GB of data per hour for each stream of standard definition video, and up to 3 GB per hour for each stream of HD video. On your current 10GB plan, your data will likely not last you the entire month when streaming regularly.
