I need to cancel my service after 1 year, because we have moved to a location that already has internet. Hughesnet wants to charge an early cancellation fee, but our situation has changed due to the move. I was not given any options to cancel without termination fees because I have moved. Please help me cancel this. Related to case # 113740997.
It's not Hughesnet fault that you're moving. The contract stipulates that if you end your subscription early you pay a penalty. Moving is not listed as an exception to this stipulation.
