My data did not reset I was due the evening of the 8th

Why didn't my data reset?

Hello ttorres66,

This is an odd case.. I was able to quickly pull up your account and do see that your data should have reset yesterday, but it is saying it won't reset for another 8 hours. I have alerted our engineering team to take a look and see what is going on. In the meantime, I've added some tokens to your bucket while we work this out.

Hello ttorres66,

Just wanted to let you know we did talk to engineers and found out this was a problem for a few customers, but engineering has put in place a fix for it, so it should not happen again. My apologies for the delay on the reset, please let us know if you encounter this again or have any questions. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend
