Welcome to the community and thank you for posting. When you are on auto-pay, your card on file gets charged once the bill comes out (the "bill date"). That is why you're charged before the due date. If you would like to change your bill date to one that is more convenient for you, please give us a call at 866.347.3292 anytime, at your convenience so we can make the change for you.
