I am curious if this is why my bill went up $10.00. But it has not been 12 months. I increased my plan and decided it wasn't worth the extra money so I decreased it back down but am now getting charged 10.00 more a month for the same service.

Hi bebop29,

 

After reviewing your account I do not see that there was ever any discount on your account. The increase in charges you have gotten recently are due to prorated charges and your bill will go back to normal price when the bill cycle has completed, granted no other changes have been made. Please let me know if you have any questions.
