I recently got satellite internet and bought the booster thinking it would help. The service still isn't working and has been cancelled. Am I able to return and get a refund for the booster?
It likely depends on the circumstances, but I'm sure a rep can look into this for you. They're on M-F from approximately 9AM to 6PM EST, so hopefully you'll see a reply from one tomorrow.
Thank you for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear you have terminated your service with us. The WiFi booster is not returnable, therefore, a refund is not possible. Only leased equipment can be returned. Refunds can be given by our Account Management department and will depend on the situation.
