Still not understanding bill

When I paid my bill, I entered $80.73, and $85.73 was taken out of my account. I called billing, and was told I would get a $5.00 discount on my next bill, which didn’t happen.

Thank you for this explanation. I looked through your account history and I found the case where this discount was provided. When you called in and the agent applied the discount, it was already after your bill generated, so the discount will appear on your next bill on 11/8. The $5 discount will be show on your bill for the next 3 months. Hope that clears things up!
