This system was installed yesterday afternoon and I attempted to use it for the first time today and it doesn’t work for my needs. I was told this is what I would need to be able to game online, it has a lag of 1-3 seconds making that impossible. Had I not been told this would work for what I needed, I would’ve never signed up for this service. I want a refund.
