I was notified that an ajustment was made. My bytes are much better at this time and no problems. Thank you. However when I have complained by phone before it would get better for a while then drop from 40 plus to 5 or less. Maybe this time it will it will stay better. Thank you.

Are there actually any particular cases or has everyone realized it is as good as it is going to get and there is no need to complain? Is anyone totally happy? Saying that it is still better than my alternative.
