That explains why my data lasted so long the first month but then tanked. I read on another post that a misaligned dish could also use more data so that's why the branch became a suspect. It doesn't appear to have damaged the dish so that's a plus. We do stream at our house with Netflix and Disney, I didn't think that we would be using 4-5 GB a day but this is my first time on satellite. Double data tokens until 11/30/21 Got an email that you can buy tokens until the end of November and get double for the price. Just logged in and purchased an additional 25GB hoping it would give me 50. Nope. Only got the 25. I was pretty excited but now I'm depressed. Where is my data going? Only been with Hughes since mid October. Just started out second month with 50GB and in a week we are down to only 5GB. We did have a big storm and a small branch fell onto the dish beginning of November. Could that have something to do with it? Solved
