Damian , Remy , For the last 3 days, the internet has stopped working in the evenings, while the modem displays state code 0.0.0. and no errors whatsoever. I've done all the troubleshooting I can think of but nothing has helped. In the morning, the internet is back. I've tried to run speed tests but the site won't load. We have been having outages of service 1-2 times a week for the past 4 weeks, in the afternoon,between 3 and 5 Pm PST . They usually are for about 10 minutes or less. We also have outages about 10 Pm PST 1-2 times a week for about 15-30 mins. Has anyone else had these outages? Is Hughes aware of them ? I changed my administrative password on my HT3000W, but the router isn't recognizing the new password, the original (on the sticker) password, or "admin" (which seems to be popular here.) I tried to reset it to factory settings by pressing the WPS and reset buttons simultaneously, then releasing the reset button and holding the WPS button for thirty seconds, but nothing has changed - It's not recognizing any admin password, including the one on the sticker. Hey there, I don't frequently use my hughes net email but I just tried to sign in to check for some emails that I need to see. I am able to successfully log-in to my account but when I go to the email tab, it gives me this error code: HTTP ERROR 403 The account cannot be accessed at this time. URI: /service/extension/saml2acs STATUS: 403 MESSAGE: The account cannot be accessed at this time.
