After closely examining the back of the modem, and trying every password letter and number combination I could think of, I noticed there was something not matching up with the stickers on the back of the modem/rougher. Turns out someone had stuck a new sticker over the OLD sticker on this one and the CORRECT password was underneath…..I about went insane, bought a USB connecter I didn’t need, and there’s my password hidden there the whole time. 🙄

I received a new modem and the password on the sticker on the back does not work. I have typed it every way possible and it does not work. I’m so frustrated! I tried called for help and was on hold for 20 minutes and no one every came to the phone. I’ve been without internet for 2 weeks and not the new modem has locked me out…so upset 😢

Hello, I had a topic answered by Mod Remy two weeks stating that she was mailing me a new modem free of charges after mine fell off of the kitchen counter and broke. I have not received anything or any emails about it and wanted to make sure it did not get lost or I didn’t miss anything. thanks for any help! I’ve missed my home internet a lot. Paul
