To add to maratsade's info, the equipment return kit will be sent out to you shortly after your service has been terminated. Unless you've requested an 'immediate cancellation', your service will terminate at the end of your current monthly service cycle. The following is a link to the sheet that will come with the return kit, just so you know in advance what you need to return and how to do so.
