Nightly free time unavailable

Hope someone can help. Since June 1, my nightly 'free time' data has been unavailable. Normally at 11pm, the 'download allowance status' box disappears for five hours, at which time I can do all my updates.. As of June 1st, it stays active round the clock. I cannot do any updates as my allowed time would be used up quickly.  Please help. ... View more
