Nightly free time unavailable
Hope someone can help. Since June 1, my nightly 'free time' data has been unavailable. Normally at 11pm, the 'download allowance status' box disappears for five hours, at which time I can do all my updates.. As of June 1st, it stays active round the clock. I cannot do any updates as my allowed time would be used up quickly. Please help.

The reps here can look into your account and see what may be going on. If they need information from you they will send you a link so you can submit the info privately. You may not
herehear today as the reps work M-F during business hours. You might also want to try the 24/7 customer service number.Edit: spelling.
