I got a service code to work earlier and it was something like 3.1.1 (something to do with a broken wire, possibly) and upon checking the dish outside I noticed a broken wire along the side of my house like a lawnmower or animal chewed it. It has been a few days now and Ive tried power cycling the router... everytime it has no system light. I cannot connect to the system control center. Is there a problem with the modem itself or is there something else I should try? ... View more
