Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. I apologize you are having troubles acquiring your rebate. In order to claim the rebate, you will need to have service for two consecutive months. Once two months of invoices have generated, you can then download them as PDFs from the support center and fill out the rebate form on https://www.hughesnetrebates.com/. This is the only website we have down as official for the rebate.
