If there’s no SAT symbol lit up, I let mine power cycle. You need to let the modem/router be unplugged for about 5 minutes. Click a few buttons while it’s unplugged to ensure all power is out.

Hello! I was able to get it connecting again. Whole I agree with you since it ls proprietary systems, I only did so due to being a system admin myself. Figured I wouldn’t waste peoples time with the common troubleshooting solutions

I came home today and my wifi kept going in an out. I reset the device and removed the cables and reinserted. And now it only shows the two lights any help will be appreciated.

I woke up to an automatic payment for my service, cool. Went to check my account and it never posted to the bill and when I contact support they said they aren’t seeing it at all, and the money is already out of my account. I also noticed that I never actually had automatic payments turned on. So what the **bleep** is going on? I’m not paying it again and I’m honestly on the verge of just cancelling my service.
