Whenever this happens to me, I re-set my modem/router. Just unplug it for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in. To figure out which plug it is, determine which one turns off all the lights on your modem. This always works for me.

Yep, and some of those issues have no known solution other than for users to go with another email provider. Hopefully the issue people are experiencing today will be a fixable one and will be fixed soon.
