Thank you for providing me with that information. I was successfully able to locate your account. After running remote diagnostics, it appears you are having a hard time managing the monthly priority data allotment, resulting in throttled speeds. On top of this, I see most of the devices connected to your modem show a fair signal instead of good. If you have been consistently exceeding the data plan and it wasn't as slow before, it could be that the amount of devices connected at one time has increased. It could also be that you are starting to use your devices at farther distances from the modem, causing the fair signal issue. Throttled speeds and fair signal health will most definitely cause the issues you explained. Your specific data usage can vary greatly depending on what you are using the service for.
