7000 Dowload Allowance Zone Problem Again......... I am having the same HN7000S Free Download Period not working problem that I had last September. I've had this problem for a few days now. Hi. I have been unable to connect to the internet for the last 2 days. The top light on my Gen4 receiver is not lit. Cannot even get to my modem page. I went to work one afternoon and when I came home I was unable to get online. I beleive this is a problem on the Hughesnet end and not at home. No storms or wind or odd weather whatsoever. Hi, my internet simply stopped working on Monday night. My hughesnet router page shows a strong signal, a green light and that all should be well, but I cannot connectb to any webpage whatsoever. I tried calling tech support Tuesday but they were of NO help to me whatsoever. please help! Louis Howard

Hi Liz, Many, MANY thanks! Last night when I got home the free download zone was working properly again; so far, so good. Thank you so much for addressing my problem and quickly assigning the right people to rectify it. Had you not done so I have my doubts as to whether or not the problem would have ever been taken care of by calling technical support. Thank you for the complimentary tokens as well. I've been a customer with Hughesnet for many years and no one has ever taken care of my problems with the kind of care and expediency you gave this one. Louis

Thanks, Liz. I work evening shift so I'm usually able to keep my usage down because of that but now I'm afraid to even allow Windows updates because I don't want to get throttled as a result of it.
