I really dislike having to sign in every time I leave the HN community page. I often have to come back multiple times in a day and if I don't minimize the page (vs closing it), I have to sign in all over again. I'm signing in on the same computer with the same credentials. Can't the site know this? I don't think I have any other websites, that require a user name and password, that I can opt for it to remember me and not require I sign in each time. But thought, you know, if I were in their shoes (and I was!) I'd like to know that help might be just around the corner and what I had to look forward to. Also, maybe, just maybe, it might put a little more pressure on HN to know that people are aware there IS a FIX. The squeaky wheel get's oiled. I'm not q about not quiet about not getting what I'm paying for. So do what you have to do to get their attention. I'm sure the ladies here have a lot to deal with. If you don't hear back from them in a reasonableamt of time, contact them again! Find the number to corporateand call. You shouldn't be paying for service you're not getting. It doesn't hurt to ask. If this can be done for a few and according to their own letter, it will be done for everyone with speed issues and you my friend, certainly qualify as having speed issues!
