I have not be able to access emails since early yesterday evening. Talk to a support person early this morning and was told they know about the problem and is working on getting it fixed.

same here, keep saying cannot connect to server. One time it said Encryption wrong. Then when you go to myhughes.net to sign into email, the ZIMBRA screen come up again. this just happen last week or the week before.

having the same problem with outlook and Thunderbird not connecting since yesterday, it was okay yesterday morning then around 12 noon est, it stopped working. contacted hughesNet by chat and was disconnected by customer service agents three times without them giving an answer on what was going on and when would it be fixed.
