I have the same problem since October. My download speeds rangefrom 1.13 up to 16.47 in a five minute period with frequent disconnects. I talked to a tech who was very nice but no help. I built many Heathkits over the years. I built an HW 16 in 1975 as my novice station,crystal controlled. Also converted old military Arc 5 equipment. The last Heathkit i built was the entire Hw 5400 station. I still have an Atlas 350 xl that works well. Not active in a few years. Still bad here in Angels Camp. The tech i talked with over the weekend was very polite and tried his best to help with no success. Sent an email Sunday but still no response.
