I see this is your first post here, so welcome to our community! This morning I did run a diagnostic check on your system, as well as a speed test which returned a download speed of 17 Mbps. It does appear that we do not have an immediate solution to this issue, as you already have the best possible configurations for your HughesNet equipment. Please check your private messages by clicking on the envelope icon at the right hand corner of this page (it will have a red dot on the icon on it) as I will be sending you some options for resolution.
