Also I was not informed of the dish and router fees when I signed up by the sales representative. I was under the impression my services would cost 59.99 plus the protection plan I purchased and was never told about the extra 15 dollars for device rental.

I would like to request a sales call review of when I first ordered my hueghesnet Internet. I was told by the sales rep that 20gb of data would be plenty to stream Netflix and browse the web for each billing period. However I can only stream maybe 3 hours of Netflix total before my data is used up and it either gets fuzzy or doesn’t work at all cause it gets stuck buffering. I just want to cancel it without the early termination fee.

I have the 20g plan and was told by the representative when I signed up that I would be fine to stream Netflix. One of my questions for him was if it will become fuzzy when I use the 20 and he said it wouldn’t.

Their commercial says unlimited high speed internet. That is false advertising. It works great when you have gigs to use but when them gigs run out after maybe 2 movies if gets fuzzy or constantly buffs.

This Internet is a scam. When I signed up for it the rep told me it would work good for streaming Netflix and I can watch about a movie and a half before my gigs are gone and they want me to buy tokens for more gigs! I have never had internet that restricts you like this! It is a total scam! I hope no one else gets fooled by their commercials that tel you it’s unlimeyed high speed internet. That is false advertisement! I will be getting rid of this awful excuse for an internet company as soon as I can get different company to bring me theirs!

I’ve had this internet for about 3 months now and it is the worst internet I’ve ever had!!! It is a complete scam! 20gb!?! Really!!?! I know you can buy tokens but that is a **bleep**ing joke! Every other Internet I’ve ever had has no restrictions or stupid plans like this! I will be canceling mine as soon as spring comes so I can get something that actually works dug in! I will tell everyone I can what awful internet this is! Screw Hueghsnet!
