Why am i being throttled down in FAP mode?? I used to get between 2-3mbs. Now I only get between 500-600kbs. Has something changed with your policy on internet speeds in FAP mode?? You advertise between 1-3mbs. Upload speeds unchanged. This has been going on for almost a month now. frustrated with the level of service i'm now getting with HughesNet!! I relocated my dish from the roof to get past the trees earlier in June and my SQF is back to 100, but now this is going on in FAP mode. I can't have tech come out to take a look at my dish because it will cost me $125 dollars unless online tech catches it acting funny. "WHAT HAPPENED TO MY SPEED IN FAP MODE??"

re-post from over a day ago - The only time it seems I can use HughesNet is at about 1am PST to 6am PST. During the morning my Upload slows and by afternoon it's almost useless. Uploading has been the main problem though and I keep getting these red Xs on the Uplink from Diagnostics under the (Advanced Menu page). 1am to 6am PST is the only time I see 0000-0000-0000-0005 code. After that I get all kinds of numbers. HT2000W gets really hot, but I hear that is normal. Should I do a reset on my Modem? It would be the first time since I've had it. LAN Throughput is ***** 267.98 Mbps to 325Mbps most days. Is my Outroute 1 normal? I've been wondering what in the world is going on with my service since april, but now I can see why from your post on 7/17/20 to Andrade. I can't as well! This has gotten worse over the last few days and it's NOT acceptable!!! I work from home and need the upload speed even more than the download. I'm now paying $146 a month for this...what a joke! I'm also getting this - Software Download Status Updating... message. Is this why it's acting funny?? FIX THIS!!!
