Update: Installed new modem. Tech support yesterday was great to work with. Tech support today was terrible to work with but got the installation done today. I could load a webpage while on the phone with tech support but by the time I hung up it wasn't working. System State Code says 3.1.1

It started maybe a week ago. No. We didn’t experience while having the priority data. And during the first month it ran fine without priority data. So when the priority data was used this month we assumed it would continue to run like it had the first month.

Just switched to Fusion, first month worked wonders even after priority data ran out. Kids were able to get into the classes, stream their teachers, even without priority data. Now pages are barely loading and they can’t get into their live classes. Help!
