Yes Sir, I’m aware that it’s a billing issue and I am taking care of it. But why is my account information (billing or otherwise) being popped up on non-related or non-authorized persons phones? It’s not even popping up on my phone or email. And I was specifically told by the rep last night that they can’t control who gets it, just that anyone with access to my WiFi will get it.
