I need to get in contact with Hughesnet about data loss. One day into my data cycle and data is gone
So this has happened three months in a row now. I'm in a computer field so i don't want to waste time with all the "Well are you sure you know what is using internet." because I am. The answer is there is no possible device in my house still using the internet and we are already at 0% on our 30GB data plan. I've notice Hughesnet is pinning a lot of data loss advice posts, almost like they know this problem is internal and a lot of people are having this issue but they don't want to deal with it and they hope people just believe they are the ones at fault. I just want to get in contact with someone at Hughesnet who can start running tests and determine what they need to do to fix this issue. I know for a fact it is on their end, especially after reading many related posts here. If I need to give any info on here to get started let me know. Also I will need to be alerted to where Hughesnet is contacting me, if they try by email they might try going to one I don't use often. I currently have Hughes at my other house I really like the service. I just went to add my other house and I was told they needed to run credit. I stopped the order I unfortunatelyam very unhappy with Comcast but refuse to have a ding on my credit report. It did not matter that I had another account with no late payments. First off, let me say that I completely hate the HughsNet internet / streaming. I live in the middle of what used to be a horse pasture, with no trees around me at all. There should be no interference because of this. From the get go, almost 2 years ago, we haven't been able to stream ANY television and the internet has been even worse at times. I have trouble opening the internet on a daily basis, whether it's night or day. I'm constantly reconnecting or even restarting altogether. So if the ads say HughesNet is great for country people there's no truth to it. Some people may like it, but I don't.
