I can’t tell you how many times I have called Hughes net about my billing. I was promised at the time I changed my plan to 200.25 service plan that the price would not increase from the total $71.48 that I had been paying. I was told I would get service credits each month until the commitment was over if I would change to this plan. I have had to call every month to 2 months and they say the issue is resolved and I will be charged this amount just to find that I am being charged the full amount. I have spent countless hours on the phone with representatives and supervisors and told the issue is resolved just to find out it isn’t. No statement and website & app does work half time
Had them for about 6 mths now! I would use the app to look at my bill statement a few days before bill is due to auto pay, it always showed it! But There has been many times Iv tried to go on app make my payment early wouldn’t go through! Ok well now my bill is due tomorrow on the 8th well it’s still showing October bill statement app and website! Iv chatted with 2 different CS and asked about payment they gave 2 different amounts! I asked if they could email me my bill statement they said that it wasn’t showing g because it hasn’t came out yet and that couldn’t send it due to it hasn’t came out yet! So they want me to make an auto payment without seeing a statement! This is crazy! Anybody else having this problem? I cancelled my service on6/7/25 but my bill was paid on 5/27/25 and Hughesnet refuses to stop my service until the next billing cycle and no pro-rate my billing and credit me from the 6th-27th. Said it was my fault and I should not of paid for the next billing period. Hi, just got an e-mail that states my bill is past due. It is due on 4/20/25. So how can it be past due? It does show 25.00 past due. But my bill shows 75.92 like always I have 25.00 creidts per month and it shows I used 2 out of 6 and this month using the 3rd. My bill was 100.92 and I mailed in 75.92 for 2/21/25 and that was for taking off the 25.00 creidt. My history shows you used the first 25.00 for the bill of 100.92 on 2/21/25. I don't know if I am miss understanding my payment history. My bill that I just mailed for 4/20/25 just shows I am due for a payment of 75.92. My invoice I got in the mail does not state any late fee. I hope this gets sorted out. If I owe the past due of 25.00 add it to my invoice, I do not believe I do since you used my creidt. I set up automatic payment through my bank but I didn't get the money in there before Hughesnet attempted to collect. Dang. So I went on the app to try to pay with my card instead but I couldn't. So next I use bill pay feature on my banks app to send payment. A week later my service was suspended for non payment? I called customer service and was told they reversed the payment back to my bank. Idk why because I owed the money and was trying to pay it. So I pay the bill over the phone thinking I'll get the returned payment back.....no. Called the bank. Payment was COMPLETED. There was no reversed payment or returned payment.....I want my money. I paid this bill 2x. No one can tell me what happened to the money or why it was reversed.....I'm angry. So now I might just have to try and dispute it? 😐267Views0likes3Comments
