Actually, it would be your fault.
They can't change the information for you through this site for security reasons.
Go here: https://my.hughesnet.com/en/overview
Log in, then go to Billing. Click on "Change Payment." I think you can change the payment information from there, provided you're the account owner. If you can't change the information on the site, then you will need to call the 800 number.
