Thanks for reaching out! Have you attempted to follow the steps listed at our rebate help site listed below? As long as you have 2 invoices, you should be able to apply for the rebate you signed up under.

Ok I have paid for this month. It has not shown up yet under paid bills. Maybe I talked to a rep on phone about the discount. Starting over with the new contract and install. I am getting it from the last time I upgraded before gen 6. Could have been a misunderstanding on my part. I will wait and see what the new invoice says about gift card. So far the last bill that was generated on day of install does not show it. Thanks for your reply, Shadowwalker.2015
