Just out of curiosity, what's the web address of the page where you're seeing the sample invoice with the gift card on it? The reason I ask is that, as far as I know, this isn't necessary. Just the two paid invoices uploaded.

Ah, okay. Your invoices won't show anything about a gift card. Once the second paid bill is available to download, I'd download them both and then follow the submission instructions about uploading them.
