I have my Bank statement showing Hughes Net. This started at 10.30 am yesterday still not resolve spoke to John Wayne, Anne Smith, Gabriel(the ArcAngel) and others.I feel your fustration this company needs to be reported.

That's what happens when you are billed by, or make a manual payment to, a company with which you signed up for a service. Their name will show on the account from which you made the payment.
