Unfortunately, customer service is dealing with a large number of calls right now. The only thing I can suggest is to keep calling. Perhaps trying after midnight. By phone is the only way you can cancel your service.
The reps here may be able to effect a suspension for you, but they won't be back on until Monday. They're on M-F from approximately 9AM to 6PM EST. They usually reply within a working day, but as of recent it can take them a bit longer.
