Change Account Ownership

Hello, I recently moved out of my apartment and I can't bring my Hughesnet service with me. I do however want to transfer my account to the owner of the building. I bought the satalite dish and modom so I own the equipment, I just want to move everything to the owner. They would like to keep the service because hughesnet is the only provider there and I don't want to cancel it either because of the fees. Is there anything I can do?
