Thanks for posting, we want to address your concerns. Based on your previous posts with us, we were able to pull up your account. On which website are you trying to update your credit card? Please be sure you're logging into your account at the Support Center: supportcenter.myhughesnet.com
I'm curious, was it an e-mail claiming to be from HughesNet asking you to update your credit card information? If so, we do not send such e-mails out, and those official-looking e-mails are phishing attempts to get sensitive information from you or download malware onto your computer.
