GETTING DISGUSTED. Cannot access any of my account information, can't get through on phone

Trying to change my credit card number and keep getting the message, "You do not hae access to update your account information." So, I call the number and get the message about how you can do so much ...

Cannot get any help from HughesNet. No one answers the phone. Trying to use email or chat loops me back to the same useless page that will not let me change my credit card information. I guess when they try to charge the old card and it doesn't work they will call me.
