Hardware Return Kit, When will arrive?
I cancelled my account #DSS33149431 on 08/18/2015. I was told I would receive a Harware Return Kit and the equipment needed to be returned within 45 days. As of this date I have not received any return kit. When can I expect to receive it?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. The return kit normally gets sent once the service has been terminated. I pulled up your account and I see that your service will remain active until 9/18/2015, so the day after that, the return kit will be shipped to you. It should arrive within 10 business days. The 45 days to return doesn't start until the termination date, so you're not on the clock for that right now. I hope that clears things up, but don't hesitate to post back if you have additional concerns.
