I am requesting a sales call review

I am requesting a sales call review. I was told that I would be able to use multiple devices for browsing internet and streaming video. Most of the time I can't.   I've contacted customer service ...

It's been over 24 hours since I posted and no one has replied. Is there something else I need to say or do?
