I wanted to extend the start date for vacation stop but it didn't happen.

I requested a vacation stop but then called in to delay it BUt that delay didn't happen and now my guestys are without internet. The when I called customer service they say not working! That mis unacceptable.

    I imagine the reps on this site can fix this. They'll be back tomorrow.
