Charging me for running out of MG...
Why are u telling me that i am about to run out of mg..
When we aren't around our internet that much down here..
And I am the only one that uses it when we are here.
I am not paying for more stuff for my internet then I already have.
I would like for you to credit my account for what u are trying to charge me for.
Sincerely
Terri Young

Terri, if they tell you you've run out of data, it means you have. Check your account to see how much data has been used by your household. Hughesnet doesn't use your data at all; your devices do. Are you streaming? That eats an awful lot of data very fast. Take the amount of data you get per month and divide it into 31 days. That will give you the average amount of data you can use per day to stay within the monthly allowance. If you use more than that every day, you'll run out.
I'm not with Hughesnet, btw, so I hope a HN rep gets back to you soon. They're typically around this site M-F, 9-5, excluding weekends and holidays. You can also call the 800 number to speak to one of the customer service reps.
