Two things:

First, please don't post in such large font, as it makes the post very difficult to read.  

Also, and more importantly, you should NEVER post your account number (DSS....) on any public site.  Posting your account number is like posting your credit card number.  Due to this, you should immediately edit your account number out of your post.  The reps can find your account without it.  

Edit:  To delete your account number from your post, click on the three dots to the upper right of your post and then click Edit Message.
