No statement and website & app does work half time
Had them for about 6 mths now! I would use the app to look at my bill statement a few days before bill is due to auto pay, it always showed it! But There has been many times Iv tried to go on app mak...
Your data will run out as fast as you use it. They don't control that at all.
As for the bill, the reps won't be here until Monday. Does your bill amount change from month to month or is it fixed? If the latter, you may want to go ahead and pay it on the due date, and then contact them again about the issue or wait until a rep contacts you here.
